…are surprisingly easy!
The Things are super excited about them, and well, I am too. I’m a sweet and salty combo gal. Candy? Not so much….but I’ll knock you over for some kettle corn or chocolate covered pretzels. We just got some Wilton molds from Michaels and the recommended candy melts…add your own pretzels and looky!
We worked outside all weekend finishing the new steps and stringing spider webs, but now there are tornado sirens going, so I’ve moved to indoor preparations. More photos when I can emerge from the house without the threat of hurricane force winds…

I leave for a little while and you manage to scare up both a haunted forest and tornadoes… you are one busy lady!
Lets cross our fingers and hope this weekend is nice and dry we gots plans to hit the streets of downtown in some slutty costumes and this weather better not ruin it for me!!!
time for chocerotica. yes, I just came up with that. you can’t tell me those things things don’t have a very “special” look.
oh yeah, they’re called “boners”!
We have that wind here too – CRAZY! and tornado sirens. I LOVE DEM BONES!!!! Those are sooo great! I hope the Things know that you are the coolest mom ever.
Jeff…Chocerotica is now part of my permanent vocabulary…many thanks for that gem!
HP – Somedays they think I just might be OK!
Bri-I think it will be clear…but a little cool, so is there such a thing as thermal fishnets?
Yeah, I think you know you’re going to have to have this party EVERY year right??? Cause after those other parents see what you guys have done???
They will throw in the proverbial Halloween towel.
I mean, who else’s Mom would be cool enough to wear a Medusa wig with a vintage Halston caftan????:)
LJ-I just washed the caftan yesterday and it came totally clean-yay!
nooooo no thermal fishnets I’m screwed! Are you showing pics of your costume??
It’s possible..but it’s really all about the wig and everyone has seen it already…we’ll see how it all comes together…
Ooooo –these are too cool! I’m so sad I am seeing them AFTER halloween.
Sigh.
