Happy Halloween

I think last night’s first annual Haunted Forest was a success…we had 9 stations on the trail for trick or treating….needless to say…all gone!

I still stink at night shots, and I couldn’t take any photos during the party…too much going on!Â I took some before, and this morning…

One of the biggest hits was the hay bale outdoor theater:Â We showed It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown with the projector.

I never got a shot of the finished spider before its demise….this morning, the carcass blew in the wind….nothing is as joyful as beating the holy crap out of something with a big stick…

We all had naps today to recharge for trick or treating….now, off to bed!

I don’t think I’ve ever showed you “the nook”.Â It has been host to every chair in and out of the house…this round, we’ve moved out the egg and brought in the barcelonas from the bedroom.Â They are working out nicely there for now.

It’s quite a popular spot for being so tiny.Â We use it as an indoor front porch, where we can watch the neighborhood action, read a book, or simply enjoy the stars…no repellent needed.

It was a decorative area for the previous owner since the office was in the playroom….
